Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Living in your comfort zone is safe and familiar (hence the name). This mindset prevents us from being receptive to new ideas and experiences. It's important for your own growth and development to be open to others and take advantage of possibilities that may include (wait for it) discomfort. Being open to attempting new activities or meeting new people allows you to get out of your comfort zone and discover new interests. We don't live our best lives because we don't investigate opportunities. You'll find and understand things you didn't know existed by trying new things. You never know what you don't know until you do. Chew on that.
